Cancellation Policy
Prepayment is required for all appointments, and payment goes directly to your treating practitioner. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any change or cancellation request — provided adequate notice is given, appointments may be changed or cancelled without charge.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or transfer, as your therapist will have reserved that time exclusively for you.
